L and D Landfill does not accept the following materials:

  • Liquids

  • Food

  • Treated Wood Waste 

  • Hazardous or Designated Wastes (e.g. fuel, antifreeze, oil, paint, batteries, household cleaners, pesticides, etc.) 

  • Putrescible materials

  • Solar Panels

  • Any materials burning or smoldering or classified as "wet"

  • Any materials, that cannot be accepted at a Class III Landfill
